Greece Trip Planning
We're Tom and Ella — travel journalists who've spent the past 15+ years exploring Greece and personally visited more than 50 Greek islands. With our trip planning service, you get a custom-tailored recommendation for your island or mainland destination — honest, independent, and without any catalog fluff.
Whether you just want to ask us your burning questions in a quick video call, or prefer a complete trip plan with hotels, flights, and our favorite spots on a map: sit back, and let us do the work.
How it works
Pick the package that fits your needs and pay securely via PayPal, Klarna, credit card, or Apple Pay. The whole checkout takes just a few minutes.
Right after your booking, we'll send you a short questionnaire by email. Tell us where you want to go, when you'd like to travel, what matters most to you, and what your budget looks like — so we can tailor our recommendations to you.
For the video call, we'll schedule a time that works for you. For the trip plan, we'll get to work and send you your personalized PDF with all our recommendations and booking links a few days later.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I know before booking?
Two things are important so that we can give you the best possible advice:
1. You should know your destination. With the trip plan, we create a complete itinerary for one island or region — so you should already know whether you’re heading to Crete, Paros, or Zakynthos, for example. If you’re still undecided about which island to choose, our video call is exactly what you need: we’ll help you make that decision.
2. Plan enough lead time. We recommend booking your consultation at least 4–6 weeks before your departure. For peak season (July/August), even earlier is better, as good accommodations on the popular islands fill up fast.
